All ages welcome! Everyone from 1 - 100 will be held to the same standard of behavior and may be asked to leave without a refund if being disruptive or destructive. We do not have highchairs available so please ensure children are able to sit on a stool.

BYOB! Bring whatever you'd like to drink. Alcohol not permitted in family events. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol in studio. Drink responsibly. For offsites, policies differ—check event description or contact us.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Please be courteous to us and other customers by notifying us as soon as you need to cancel.

No refunds, all sales are final. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the event, we will issue you a studio credit for the paid amount for your reservation. If you call to cancel after hours, please leave a voicemail with your name and the event you need to cancel your reservation for. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will only receive 50% store credit. Cancellation with less than 2 hours’ notice will not receive store credit or a refund. Store credits are valid for one year.

Groups of 10 or more must cancel at least 7 days prior to the event to receive store credit.

If you do not call us to cancel your reservation and do not show up, then you will not receive a refund or credit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, then you may not be allowed to paint and will not receive a refund or credit.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible, and appropriate accommodation will be made on a case-by-case basis.
