Hey y'all! I'm Angy in the studio and the new owner! I'm thankful to be working with a bunch of amazing and talented artists that help bring to you an awesome fun experience that we hope you will remember for years to come! I have an MBA in business and have been managing teams in the medical device industry for 20 years. I have a husband and 4 kids that help their momma out in our studio. We are passionate about animal rescue and work closely with Mile High Canine Rescue. We not only foster, but we will support them throughout the year with our Painting with a Purpose events. I’m Amy and I’ve been painting since I was a child! Over the years, I’ve painted with oil, watercolor, and acrylic. I have three kids and just celebrated my 35th wedding anniversary. When I’m not painting or creating, I’m teaching. I’ve been a high school teacher for over 30 years, and I believe teaching is the best job ever! I am so excited to be at PWAT and look forward to painting with you!

Hi, I’m Helena! I’m a Fort Collins native, and Colorado State University graduate. I’ve been interested in arts and crafts my whole life, but my primary background is in painting. Acrylic, watercolor, and gouache are my favorite mediums, but I will always experiment with new techniques and ideas! I have 3 chunky cats that I love very much, who inspire a lot of my creations. I’m super excited to be a part of the Painting With a Twist team and share my passion with others!

HI! My name is Hiro, I'm a graphic design major at Colorado State University. I moved to Fort Collins for college three years ago and have been pursuing an art education ever since. I love character and environmental design, I hope to do it one day professionally for a a video game company!

Hi, I am John. Art has been a part of my whole life, including several years as a spray paint street artist when we we lived in Florida. Halloween is our favorite holiday and we try to make a big production of it every year and kick it up a notch each year as well. We've always been known as the spider house in which I have created a large 12' black widow spider that likes to hang out in different areas each year.

Hi! My name is Kris.  I have been living and loving  Colorado since 2013 with my sweet family! We follow the quote “Not all that wander are lost” in our family.  We love to explore, create, love and try new things. Painting and color are my jam! I am a graphic designer by trade and an artist at heart. Having my own business and now getting to play with paint with all of you, amazing people will be so exciting.  So come explore all that creating can do!

I'm a quirky human with a huge passion for creating. My toddler keeps me on my toes and making art helps me decompress! I've been teaching art to kids and adults since 2019 and absolutely love giving gold stars. My mission is to put painters at ease, regardless of skill / anxiety level. You might have to decode some sound effects as instructions, but you'll have fun in my class and walk away feeling some type of way about your painting.

After graduating from Texas Tech, I came to Colorado to earn my master’s in education at CSU — and now I get to blend teaching, creativity, and social media into one super rocking job!
