Due to local laws we are unable to allow guests to bring in their own alcohol. We do serve beer and a variety of wine options at our Inspiration Bar. Please be prepared to show ID. We also carry water and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations so we can offer your spot to another customer. Refunds or store credits will be issued for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class. For cancellations made less than 48 hours and up to 4 hours before the class, only store credit will be given. Cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice and no-shows will not receive a refund or store credit.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone, or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled, and customers will be notified in advance and refunded. Please note that no refunds or credits are available for Take Home Kits.
