About This Event

Featured Surface:
This special event features an 11 × 15 sheet of premium artist paper, perfect for creating a beautiful, frame-worthy masterpiece, with the option to upgrade by adding a Magnetic Poster Hanger Frame to beautifully showcase and proudly display your artwork.

New Upgrade: Upgrade from a 16x20 canvas to an 18-inch round wood circle door hanger with pre-drilled holes for easy hanging. These statement pieces are ready to be transformed.

Choose Your Painting:
You may choose any painting from over 1,300 options in our gallery for this event. Our artist will be available to assist you throughout the class.

We request two selections per guest in case a design becomes unavailable.
If your selections are not submitted at least one hour prior to the event, you will choose from our Pop-In & Paint Art Binders upon arrival.

Food & Drink Policy:
Kentucky state law prohibits alcohol at our events. You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages and snacks or appetizers. If you wish to purchase a drink, The Hilton DoubleTree is located just steps from our studio and can be visited before or after your class.

Age Policy

AGE POLICY- Guests under 13 must be with a registered adult. All guests must be able to sit for the entire class and follow step-by-step directions. SPECTATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT OUR EVENTS, WHICH INCLUDE BABIES & NON-REGISTERED CHILDREN/ADULTS.

Alcohol Policy

Our Studio is Alcohol-Free & Family Friendly. Kentucky prohibits BYOB. We have Mocktails & Cold Brews for Purchase or you can stop by The Hilton Doubletree which is just steps from our door before or after your class!

You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
Refund/Cancellation

All In-Studio Events (Including Open Studio and Pop In & Paint) & Public Offsite Events.

CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We have lowered our cancellation policy for in-studio events only to 12 hours. Public Off-Site Events remain at 24 hours. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you need to cancel your reservation for an in-studio event for any reason, please notify the Studio at least 12 hrs. for in-studio or 24 hrs. for offsite in advance, and a Studio Credit will be issued. All Refunds are done in the form of Studio Credit, which can be used towards a future standard in-studio event for up to 1 year as of 12/1/2024. "No Shows", Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late, Guests not following the Age or Alcohol Policy listed above will NOT be issued a studio credit or allowed to paint and will lose their registration fee.

Each event must have at least 4 guests signed up depending on the event to be able to take place. Due to this, we may have to reschedule events with little notice. IN THE EVENT WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WEATHER OR LACK OF PARTICIPANT YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE CHOICE OF A DIFFERENT EVENT, A TWIST AT HOME KIT, OR A STUDIO CREDIT THAT IS REDEEMABLE FOR 1 YEAR.

CREDITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS FOR ANY REASON AND STUDIO CREDITS CAN NOT BE USED FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS OR POP IN & PAINT.
