About This Event

Join us for a fun and creative Paint with a Purpose fundraiser event open to the public for a day of painting, socializing, and giving back! All proceeds from this event will benefit the Bryan Station Senior High Class of 1986 40th Reunion celebration.

A class reunion is a meaningful and unforgettable milestone—come help support this special occasion by creating a beautiful painting that will look great in any home.

This experience is family-friendly and can be modified for children, making it perfect for singles, couples, and families. Bring your kids and grandkids and enjoy a creative outing together! Please note in the Special Requests section if you would like to paint the female or male version so we can pre-sketch your canvas before arrival.

Painting with a Twist will donate 1/3 of all registration fees and wall art sales, plus 100% of silent auction proceeds & direct donations, directly to the organization. A minimum of 20 registered guests is required for fundraising participation.

Pre-registration is required, and all guests must have a paid seat and participate in painting. Due to this being a fundraiser, gift certificates may not be used as payment.

Food & Drink Policy: Alcohol is prohibited by Kentucky law. Guests may bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Drinks are also available for purchase at The Hilton DoubleTree next to our studio.

Age Policy: Guests under 13 must attend with a registered adult. All guests must be able to sit for the full class and follow instructions. No spectators allowed, including babies and non-registered guests.

Our Studio is Alcohol-Free & Family Friendly. Kentucky prohibits BYOB. We have Mocktails & Cold Brews for Purchase or you can stop by The Hilton Doubletree which is just steps from our door before or after your class!

Refund/Cancellation

All In-Studio Events (Including Open Studio and Pop In & Paint) & Public Offsite Events.

CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We have lowered our cancellation policy for in-studio events only to 12 hours. Public Off-Site Events remain at 24 hours. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you need to cancel your reservation for an in-studio event for any reason, please notify the Studio at least 12 hrs. for in-studio or 24 hrs. for offsite in advance, and a Studio Credit will be issued. All Refunds are done in the form of Studio Credit, which can be used towards a future standard in-studio event for up to 1 year as of 12/1/2024. "No Shows", Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late, Guests not following the Age or Alcohol Policy listed above will NOT be issued a studio credit or allowed to paint and will lose their registration fee.

Each event must have at least 4 guests signed up depending on the event to be able to take place. Due to this, we may have to reschedule events with little notice. IN THE EVENT WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WEATHER OR LACK OF PARTICIPANT YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE CHOICE OF A DIFFERENT EVENT, A TWIST AT HOME KIT, OR A STUDIO CREDIT THAT IS REDEEMABLE FOR 1 YEAR.

CREDITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS FOR ANY REASON AND STUDIO CREDITS CAN NOT BE USED FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS OR POP IN & PAINT.
