Annabelle joined our Painting with a Twist team in October 2019! She has recently graduated with a BA in Studio art and focus primarily on mixed media illustration with portraits. Annabelle also has experience with film photography and enjoys taking pictures. When she is not making art, she likes to play with her dog Harold, binge watch crime shows, and go to comedy clubs with friends!
Brittney joined our Painting with a Twist team in January 2018! Brittney graduated from Miami University in 2020. She loves to paint and draw, and even painted a few murals in downtown Cincinnati! Diann joined our Painting with a Twist team in October 2019. She is a Cincinnati native with a bachelor's degree in Art Education from Miami University. She has taught art privately and in a Montessori setting. Diann enjoys gardening, reading, running, hiking, drawing, watercolor and mixed media fabric art. She currently lives in Liberty Township with her two amazing, talented teens and their two cats.
Morgan joined our Painting with a Twist team in October 2012 and was part of the opening team of the 1st PWAT in Ohio & taught our very first class! He taught art in public schools for 8 years, and taught computer applications to adults for 2 more (if you can you believe that!). He loves to draw, doodle and build things in all media :) Morgan is married and has 2 wonderful daughters...and he enjoys making art together with his girls!
Sharon joined our Painting with a Twist team in January 2013! A Cincinnati native, Sharon holds a B.S. in Art Education from Bowling Green State University and an M.Ed from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a full time public art teacher and has taught over 3,000 students in grades K-12 over the past dozen years. Sharon enjoys creating a variety of art including painting, ceramics, stained glass and quilting. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, watching hockey and baseball, and vacationing to Disney World as often as possible.
Skye joined our Painting with a Twist team in April 2021! Originally from Hamilton OH, Skye graduated from Hamilton High School. Skye grew up in an artistic household and has been making art her entire life. Now she enjoys painting with acrylics or watercolors and has been experimenting with mixed media projects. When she isn’t creating, she usually plays board games with her husband or plays with their pug Cthulhu.
Darby joined the Painting With A Twist team in May of 2025 and is currently a Painting Assistant who plans to become one of our artists in the future. He has a BFA in Illustration and enjoys working in digital and physical mediums. When he's not making art he's taking care of his pets or playing games with friends.
Ellen joined Painting with a Twist in July of 2023 and is a teaching artist and assistant. She is working towards a bachelor's degree in Art Education from Miami University. Outside of the studio, Ellen runs her own photography business (website below) and enjoys reading, hiking, and thrifting all things vintage!
Hannah joined our Painting with a Twist team in October 2024! She graduated with a degree in Fine Art and Musical Theatre in 2022, and loves to make any kind of art! When she is not making art, she likes to cosplay at different conventions, play video games, and garden! Hannah’s teaching style is one everyone can enjoy, so make sure to ask for her! :)
Joyce joined in 2022. She graduated from Miami University with a degree in Studio Arts and Art Education, along with a minor in Japanese Studies. But more often than not, she’s happily spending time with her husband, their two wonderful children, and their five silly pets. Also, snacking, she loves snacking.
Kelly joined our team in 2022. She is an Ohio native with a passion for all things art and animal related. Kelly prefers to be home with her daughter, four dogs, and other critters, or to be out in the woods. She enjoys painting, crafts, up-cycling, and more. Kelly designs and creates custom reptile and spider habitats for fellow animal lovers! She loves bringing smiles to people’s faces!
Nicole is originally from England and has lived in the USA for many years now. She has a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati and loves all things art from creating to studying art history. She enjoys volunteering for a couple of local community theaters in the roles of Set Designer, Artistic Painter and Stage Manager. She also volunteers as an Adult Literacy tutor and with the Mason American Legion Auxiliary raising funds and supporting Veterans. In her spare time Nicole is an avid reader and enjoys hanging out with her husband, family and friends and now loves her new role as a proud Nana.
Always dreaming of running my own business, I quit my full time job and purchased Painting with a Twist in January of 2022. I have always loved painting and art and I'm having the time of my life teaching others to paint. I am married to my wife Renee' who also works at the studio and is the love of my life. We have 2 sons, Will and Vinnie who are both aspiring young artists. Our staff is the best in the industry, providing top notch reward winning customer service.
