Welcome to Our Studio

Are you looking for a fun thing to do in the Salt Lake Valley? Then look no further!

Whether you’re organizing a ladies night out, a team building day in your office, or just looking for a creative outlet, Painting With A Twist is the answer! Our Utah art studio is fully equipped with canvas, painting supplies, aprons, and experienced instructors ready to help everyone from the aspiring artist to the beginning painter. Painting With A Twist offers art lessons and painting classes with the help of talented Salt Lake City, Utah artists. We also offer wine and beer education! So, Wine while you paint! It's just $5 extra and you'll get about 10oz of wine or 2 beers! Not your normal art classes. This is a party.

Alcohol Policy

We provide wine as part of an educational experience for $5. Education is kept simple. With open-to-the public classes, you are not allowed to bring in your own wine according to Utah laws. However, with a private party, you may bring in your own drinks.

Age Policy

21 years and older for wine classes.

Zombie Night

Paint yourself as a Zombie! All you need to do, is sign up for the class and send in a picture of your choosing. We will sketch it on a canvas before you come, then the artist will guide you through creating it into your best Zombie self! We're so excited for this class!! Don't miss out!

NEW CLASS!

Saturday June 24th from 10:00am to 12:00pm, we have a completely NEW class!! A 12x12 size canvas! The sides are thick so you'll be painting all angles. This will be a wonderful addition to your decorating; a different size, and square shape, will accent your 16x20 paintings perfectly. Your artist, Annie, is very excited to be painting this one!

Painting With a Purpose THIS MONTH!

Join us on September 30th at 4:00pm, for our Painting With a Purpose Event!! Half the proceeds from this class will be donated to Making Strides against Breast Cancer! The class will be taught by our lovely artist, Kathy, who is a cancer survivor! This cause is very dear and personal to us and we'd LOVE for you to share your love and talents with us!! We're looking forward to this super fun event. So, come for painting, food, prizes, a raffle, music and so much FUN....knowing that your money is going to a great cause. At Painting with a Twist - Murray, we do a monthly Painting with a Purpose class. We donate 50% of the proceeds to a charity as a way to give back to our community. We're especially fond of local Salt Lake charities. If you would like for us to host a Painting with a Purpose for your charity, please let us know!
