About This Event

Join us for a magical afternoon of holiday cheer! Bring your family to a Santa-themed Workshop where you paint a canvas with printed instructions and meet the one and only Santa Claus himself! Tickets include: ONE Canvas of your choice and ONE picture with Santa Claus.

Try something NEW!
Create your own long-lasting, all-natural scented soy candle or linen spray before you paint! Choose from 20+ scents for just $20/candle and $10/Linen Spray, or both for $25. Add this option when registering and arrive 15 minutes early to make your candle and/or spray.

What to expect:
Arrive 15 minutes early to get uncorked and comfortable. Events start and end on time.

Coming with friends but booking separately? Let us know your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box so we can seat you together.

Food & Drink:

We’re BYO! Guests 21+ can bring wine, beer, or champagne; NO hard alcohol(ID required). Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome too.
Feel free to bring snacks or appetizers, but table space is limited. We provide plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and wine openers.

Age Policy:
Evening events are for adult painters 18+. On weekends, ages 14+ are welcome, and on weekdays, ages 12+ can attend if accompanied by a painting adult. All guests must have a paid seat. No toddlers or infants—no exceptions.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Classes with low enrollment may be canceled (you’ll be notified and refunded).
By signing up, you authorize us to photograph or videotape the event for promotional purposes.

Refund/Cancellation

All sales are final and non-refundable.

All cancellations must be made via EMAIL by responding to your reservation confirmation.

Public Events:
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive studio credit, which is valid for one calendar year from the date of issuance.
• No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours forfeit their payment and are not eligible for studio credit.
• Late Arrivals: Events start and end as scheduled. No refunds or studio credit are offered.
• Custom Paintings (e.g., Paint Your Pet, Portrait, Open Studio): Due to the customization of the sketched canvas, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Events with insufficient enrollment may be canceled; guests will be notified in advance.

Private Parties follow the refund policy outlined in the event agreement.

Twist at Home Kits & Retail Items
• No refunds or exchanges once kits are prepared for pickup or shipped.
• All sales are final on retail items.

Bad Weather Policy:
• Determined by conditions within a 10-mile radius of the studio.
• If a weather emergency is declared or roads are unsafe, events may be canceled or rescheduled, and guests will receive studio credit valid for one calendar year from the date of issuance.
