All sales are final and non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made via EMAIL by responding to your reservation confirmation.
Public Events:
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive studio credit, which is valid for one calendar year from the date of issuance.
• No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours forfeit their payment and are not eligible for studio credit.
• Late Arrivals: Events start and end as scheduled. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to join the class. No refunds or studio credit are offered.
• Custom Paintings (e.g., Paint Your Pet, Portrait, Open Studio): Due to the customization of the sketched canvas, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Events with insufficient enrollment may be canceled; guests will be notified in advance.
Private Parties follow the refund policy outlined in the event agreement.
Twist at Home Kits & Retail Items
• No refunds or exchanges once kits are prepared for pickup or shipped.
• All sales are final on retail items.
Bad Weather Policy:
• Decisions made 4 hours prior based on conditions within a 10-mile radius of the studio.
• If a weather emergency is declared or roads are unsafe, events will be rescheduled, or guests will receive studio credit valid for one calendar year from the date of issuance. If the studio is open, standard cancellation policies apply.
