Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Kindly give 24 hour notice for all cancellations so that we can offer your spot to another customer. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. “No shows” with no notification or less than 24 hour notice will not be issued store credit.

Private Party: There is a 7 day cancellation policy for private parties for studio credit. The 3 seat deposit is non-refundable. If no notice is given and the guests do not show up for the class, the funds will be forfeited. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.

Twist at Home Paint Kits: There is no cancellation or refunds available for our kits.

COVID-19 related cancelations will be issued studio credit or rescheduled to a later event. In the result of a forced closure of the studio, we will contact you for an option to receive studio credit or convert to a take home paint kit.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 4 hrs prior to class time and given studio credit.
