Winter Earnest

Winter Earnest

Hi, my name is Winter and I have had a passion for art since I was a little girl! I am a full time student at UNM for a degree in Fine Arts and love to do anything extra nerdy. I love video games, movies, D&D, drawing, painting, and so much more! I love what I do and I have been teaching painting classes for over a year when I started with my mother to do frequent art and wine events. Being an artist has been an amazing ride and I am so thankful and excited to be working with Painting with a Twist to allow other people to find their inner artist.

Rachael Buffett

Rachael Buffett

Rachael was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts at the University of New Mexico. In her own artwork, you’ll find bold colors, unique patterns, and influences of femininity from art history and popular culture. Her long-term career path is one of an art educator. With passions for astrology, true crime podcasts, and folk music, Rachael can be found making art everyday whether it is painting, collage, or printmaking. Here, at Painting with a Twist, she hopes to impart the joy that art brings to life and is happy to guide you to enhancing your creative spirit.

Alane Foug

Alane Foug

Hi, I’m Alane and am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. Art became one of my favorite pursuits in high school and I went on to study art and design in college. I was lucky enough to go to Italy for 6 months where I was inspired by the masterpieces that I saw almost everyday. My sense of adventure and love of wider more open spaces took me to Arizona, Texas and New Mexico. I taught at Painting with a Twist in Houston and am now happy to join the Albuquerque PWAT. My favorite artists are impressionists and fauves, and I use acrylic and watercolor paint in my own work. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for painting with others.
