Our daytime classes are open to ages 6 and up. Our evening classes, those beginning after 6pm, are restricted to ages 18 and up. Private parties do not have an age limit but guests consuming alcohol need to be 21 yrs or older.

Alcohol permitted for ages 21 and up. You may bring finger foods & drinks with you! We do not provide ice. You may be asked for proof of age at any time by our employees if we suspect that you are not 21 or older. cups or napkins, only corkscrews.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

REFUND/CANCELLATION: ONLY a store credit will be given for persons canceling with at least 24 hrs notice. If you are more than 20 minutes late to the class you may not be allowed to paint & your payment will be forfeited. No shows will not receive a refund or store credit - NO EXCEPTIONS. BAD WEATHER: If a weather emergency is declared due to poor weather conditions and the roads are unsafe to travel on, classes may be cancelled. In this case ONLY a non-expiring store credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued for acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages etc. Guests that live out of town may purchase a Twist at Home kit or transfer the credit to another person. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, we will ONLY issue a store credit, no exceptions. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Customers will be notified by text or call in advance & a store credit will be automatically issued. Refunds will be issued if requested via email, text, or by phone call 24 hours after cancellation text is sent
