REFUND/CANCELLATION: ONLY a store credit will be given for persons canceling with at least 24 hrs notice. If you are more than 20 minutes late to the class you may not be allowed to paint & your payment will be forfeited. No shows will not receive a refund or store credit - NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel, call or text 225-927-7077. BAD WEATHER: If a weather emergency is declared due to poor weather conditions and the roads are unsafe to travel on, classes may be cancelled. In this case ONLY a non-expiring store credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued for acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages etc. Guests that live out of town may purchase a Twist at Home kit or transfer the credit to another person. NO EXCEPTIONS. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, we will ONLY issue a store credit, no exceptions. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Customers will be notified by text or call in advance & a store credit will be automatically issued.
