If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Store credit will be given for those canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No shows" or those canceling with less than 24 hours notice will not be issued store credit. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class to get store credit. (Please text if cancelling after hours). **Competing your reservation is acknowledgement of understanding and acceptance of this policy.**
If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. IF A CLASS DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT RESERVATIONS THE CLASS MAY BE CANCELLED. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified within 4 to 6 hours of your class start time and you may be moved to a class that has sufficient sign ups or issued a store credit when applicable.
