Welcome to Our Studio

Looking for a fun night out in Melbourne? Unleash your creative side with Painting with a Twist! Bring your own wine or beer (no hard liquor), possibly a snack, and relax. Our talented team of instructors guides you step by step through the night's featured painting. Our classes are $35 for 2 hour paintings and $45 for 3 hour paintings, so there's something for everyone!

Parking: We have 45 parking spaces behind our building off Strawbridge, across from Trinity Towers East. This is our parking lot so disregard the towing signs, they do not apply to Painting with a Twist customers. See Photo Gallery for parking lot photos and walkway to get to front of our building.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours’ notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refund. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.

Alcohol Policy

BYOB - You are welcome to bring your own beer or wine. Must be 21 & up to consume alcohol. Family Day classes are alcohol free.

Age Policy

Because of the "twist" element of Painting With A Twist, all who attend classes starting after 4:30pm must be 18 yrs old. Age 12+ for classes starting at or before 4:30pm, those 12 -17 must be accompanied by a paid adult. Family Day classes for age 8+

Have you ever wondered what an Open Studio class is? **This is a self-guided class** recommended ages 12 and up! Seen a painting you love but just can't make the class? You may choose any 2 hour painting (16x20 Canvas) you've seen on our calendar that you'd like to paint. ***This class is for experienced painters who are comfortable to paint on their own. We do not recommend this class for beginners.*** There will be an artist present to help you - but most of the painting will be done ON YOUR OWN.
