Painting with a Twist FAQ

Q: What are the prices for a class? 
A: Two-hour classes are offered for $39 and three-hour classes for $49. Select a 1.5-hour Family Friendly class for $29 on weekends or Holiday Breaks and Summer breaks before 6 pm.  

Q: When do you post a new monthly schedule? 
A: The calendar is posted on the 15th of every month.

Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night? 
A: Yes, if there are a few damp places we will have hair dryers that will dry them quickly.

Q: At what time should I arrive for class? 
A: Ten to Fifteen minutes would be plenty of lead time. Setting up for a Party 30 minutes to set up is required.

Q: Do you do reserve seating? 
A: Yes, when making your reservation, please note in the seating who the party is under and we will sit you all together. 

Q: Will you have wine openers and cups? 
A: Yes, we supply wine openers and cups.

Q: Since it is around dinner, can we bring food? 
A: Yes, feel free to bring in a snack.

Q: What do I wear? 
A: Whatever is comfortable and you don't mind if a little paint gets on it. We supply Aprons. 

Q: Do I need a reservation? 
A: We do require reservations with payment to secure seats and we require a 24-hour cancellation.  No calls/no-shows will not be issued store credit or refunds. If requesting a refund a $5 service fee will be charged.  You can get a STORE CREDIT for the full amount to come back at a later date and time that does not expire.

Q: Do you do private parties? 
A: Yes, we can accommodate up to 50 people in our Main Room and 26 people in our Party Room. See Party Info

Q: What size is the canvas? 
A: Our most common canvas is a 16 x 20 inch. We also offer 10x30 and other wooden options

Q: Is there an age limit? 
A: All classes or parties after 6 pm Mon-Fri and 4 pm Sat-Sun must be 18 or older, or 16 and up with a parent or guardian. We recommend age 5 and older for Family Fun classes. For Kids Parties ages 5-12. *Please note that it is the law that you have to be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages. 

Q: What is your refund policy? 
A: 24 Hour notice either through a phone call to the studio or an email through the contact us link-- for cancellations must be made for store credit. No refunds or store credit without 24-hour notice for cancellations due to materials that were not used. **REFUND NOTE: for cancellations made with an hour or less notice, a complimentary class voucher worth 50% of the class reservation with a 60-day expiration on them will be issued due to materials used! Absolutely no refunds will be issued with an hour or less notice either via phone, email, or text.


Q: How do I pay for my event?
A: We prefer you to register online ahead of time so we know you are coming.  We ask that you just don't walk in as seating is limited. If we do not have reservations on a class we will cancel it 24 hrs in advance.  We will only take cash for the exact amounts.  No change will be given.  We also take Credit Cards in the studio with a valid ID.  No Checks, please.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours before class time and refunds will be processed. We must have 4 or more individuals in a class for it to make.
