What Are the Benefits of a Private Party?

When you book a private event with us:

  • You choose the day and time, based on studio availability.
  • You choose your artwork from our collection of thousands of paintings.
  • You receive a private party space and dedicated artist-instructor.
  • We provide all painting supplies, including canvases, paint, brushes, easels, aprons, cups, napkins, paper plates, plastic utensils, and corkscrews.
  • Guests are welcome to bring food, snacks, desserts, and beverages.
  • Adult parties are BYOB.
  • You may arrive approximately 30 minutes early to set up food, decorations, and celebration items.
  • We handle the painting setup and cleanup.
  • Guests may customize colors and details on their artwork.
  • If someone does not finish their painting, they may return during Pop-In & DIY hours and continue working on it at no additional cost.

Please note: We do not provide ice, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Classic Party

A fun, guided painting experience with everything you need to create and celebrate.

  • 2-hour guided painting session

Our ultimate adult celebration experience.

How Do I Reserve and Pay for My Party?

Private parties require a minimum of 12 paid painters.

Our studio can accommodate groups of up to approximately 40 painters, depending on event type and room setup.

To reserve your date and time:

  • A deposit equal to two painter seats is required.
  • Your deposit is applied toward your event.
  • Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Party Management Link.
  • You can share your private registration link with guests so they can RSVP and pay individually.
  • The host may also choose to pay for the entire group.
  • Final guest count is due two days before the event.

If the required minimum is not met, the event may be rescheduled or remaining seats may be opened to the public.

How Do We Choose the Painting?

Once your deposit is received, you will receive an Artwork Selection Link.

You may browse our collection and save several favorites before choosing the final painting for your group.

Guests paint the same primary artwork, but everyone is welcome to customize colors and details.

Specialty events, custom designs, logos, Paint Your Pet, Paint Your Partner, Paint Your House, and other custom options may require additional preparation.

Food & Drinks

You are welcome to bring:

  • Snacks
  • Appetizers
  • Pizza
  • Catered food
  • Cake
  • Cupcakes
  • Desserts
  • Non-alcoholic beverages

Adult events are BYOB.

We provide cups, napkins, paper plates, plastic utensils, and corkscrews as available.

Please bring your own ice.

Decorations

You are welcome to bring simple decorations such as:

  • Balloons
  • Tablecloths
  • Centerpieces
  • Paper goods
  • Freestanding decorations

Please do not bring:

  • Confetti
  • Glitter confetti
  • Streamers
  • Tape or adhesives
  • Decorations that need to be attached to walls, windows, furniture, or studio artwork

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Private event reservations and deposits are non-refundable unless Painting With a Twist Pearland cancels the event.

If your plans change:

  • Private events require at least 5 days' notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • With proper notice, eligible payments will be converted to studio credit.
  • Studio credit is valid for 6 months from the original event date.
  • Events may be rescheduled to another available date.
  • If the studio must cancel the event, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for eligible payments.

In the event of severe weather or another circumstance outside the studio's reasonable control, the event may be rescheduled or eligible payments converted to studio credit.

Need More Time on Your Painting?

No problem!

If you or one of your guests does not finish during the event, bring the painting back during our Pop-In & DIY hours and continue working on it at no additional cost.

Our artists can also assist when available.
