About This Event

Join us for FUN art, not FINE art as we raise money for Hot Plate San Antonio. A portion of each ticket sold will go to this nonprofit.

Why support the Hot Plate Project? The Hot Plate Project is a San Antonio–based nonprofit created out of a love for food and community, bringing volunteers and local partners together to prepare meals for neighbors in need. We believe in serving food with dignity, compassion, and connection -- showing that when a community comes together, no one goes hungry.

Details About This Event
• This class is for ages 13 and up.
• Doors open 30 minutes before class time. Come in, pick your spot and begin the fun.
• We are BYOB, so guests 21 and older are welcome to bring beer, wine, champagne or whatever else you want. Water, soda, coffee is good as well. Whatever works for you.
• We start right at class time, so please be on time. It is hard to catch up if you’re late.
• Every seat requires a reservation. No extra visitors / observers.

Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 5 days prior to the event.
• Any requests within 5 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. No donation will be made.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid. No donation will be paid.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit
• Painting with a Twist reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for unforeseen circumstances. Events with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Guests will be notified in advance.

Refund/Cancellation

Please note that the cancellation policy listed on the class event page supersedes any cancellation or refund policy described elsewhere on our website or social media channels.

Class Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 5 days prior to the event for regular classes.
• Any requests within 5 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Paint Your Pet Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 7 days prior to the event for Paint Your Pet classes.
• Any requests within 7 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event are forfeited as we have already pre-sketched your pet. No refund or store credit is provided.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Retail Sales
We do not provide store credits or refunds for retail purchases, which include Twist at Home kits and Pop in and Paint reservations.
Items ordered and not picked up within one week will be returned to inventory or donated.
