~Public Events ~
Public events require a 4-seat minimum unless otherwise noted. If the minimum is not met, the studio may cancel or reschedule the event up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. In these cases, guests will receive the option of rescheduling, a take-home paint kit, studio credit or a refund minus the 5% transaction/ CC processing fee. Guests will be notified via text, phone call, or email.
~ Guest Cancellations ~
If you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer studio credit for a future class or a take-home paint kit if your cancellation request is received at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time for a regular class or workshop.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text. Phone calls alone do not constitute notice and you will be instructed to submit your request in writing. Studio credit expires 6 months from the date of issuance.
Cancellations received less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time will receive studio credit minus a $10 per person used supply and overhead fee.
No-shows do not receive studio credit. This includes notifying us at arrival time that someone in your group won’t make it, or any time after the class has begun. No exceptions.
~Special Event Policies~
Painting With A Purpose Events
Because proceeds from these events are donated to local charities, a take-home kit is the only option that will be offered so long as we are notified at least 2 hours in advance.
Paint Your Pet Events
Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance so we may offer a take-home kit or reschedule you to a future Paint Your Pet workshop. Studio credit is not available once your pet portrait has been sketched, which typically occurs the day before the event.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations and Special Circumstances
If we are unable to hold a class or complete an order due to circumstances within our control, government mandates, or severe weather, we will make every effort to offer an alternative. Options may include rescheduling, transferring your reservation, a take-home kit, or studio credit valid for 6 months. If none of these options are workable, a refund minus the 5% CC processing fee may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Credit Card Refund Policy
All approved refunds (no matter the reason) are subject to processing fees to cover the cost of both the original transaction and the refund.

• 10% fee if the guest cancels
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone a class, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.
