What is the cost for a Private Event?

    • Adult In-Studio (Ages 13+): $38/painter/8 guest minimum, 2-Hr Event, 16x20 Canvas or 18” Shiplap Pallet
    • Kids In-Studio (Ages 5-12): $28/painter/8 guest minimum, 1.5-Hr Event, 16x20 Canvas
    • **Due to BYOB events, kids parties are not available after 7 PM on Fridays & Saturdays
    • On-Location Paint Parties: Varies.
    • You can host a painting party in your office or event space with a minimum of 20 painters! We'll bring all the necessary painting supplies and artist instructors. You just need to provide a room with good lighting, tables, chairs, and, if desired, a plastic floor covering and plastic table cloths to make your cleanup easy.     • Adult Signature Package: $43/Painter/8 Guest Minimum, Choose the Blacklight/Glow or Sparkle party option
    • Blacklight/Glow: Includes our blacklight/glow room (max. 20 guests), art choice from our Blacklight art gallery, glow in the dark & fluorescent paint, and glow necklaces and bracelets for all.
    • Sparkle: Includes iridescent glitter paint and jewels to add onto your finished painting. Perfect for galaxies and diva art!
    • Adult Premium Package: $58/Painter/8 Guest Minimum, Choose the Porch Leaner, Candle Experience, or Paint Your Pet party option
    • Porch Leaner: Includes a surface upgrade to a 47” wooden porch leaner, art choice from our Porch Leaner art gallery, 30 extra minutes of painting time (totaling 2.5 hours)
    • Candle Experience: Includes 30 minutes of candle making demo and choice of scents, wax color, and label prior to paint party, then 2 hours of painting on 16x20” surface or 18” shiplap pallet.
    • Paint Your Pet Experience: Includes 16x20” surface with each guest’s pet sketched onto it (1 pet per person, images must be submitted 5 days in advance) and step by step instructions from our artist guiding your group through their pet portraits. (Total 3 hours of painting)
    • Kid’s Signature Package: $33/Painter/8 Guest Minimum, Choose the Blacklight/Glow or Sparkle party option

    • Includes all slime supplies, 1 add in per guest (glitter, charms, foam balls), container to take slime home, and 30 minutes after the paint party to guests to make slime with their artist.

    • Private Studio (Medium Room) can accommodate up to 20 painters, minimum 8.
    • Main Private Studio (Large Room) can accommodate up to 30 painters, minimum 8.
    • Main Studio (Large Room) can accommodate up to 35 painters, minimum is 21.
    • Whole Studio can accommodate up to 85 painters, plan a studio takeover!

On-Site & DIY Parties

    • On-Site (Your Location) minimum of 20 painters, can accommodate 100+.
    • Twist at Home Event (DIY): Follow step-by-step written instructions at your pace (some includes video instruction), pick up materials at the studio or we can deliver locally to 1 address for a group. Pricing starts at $31+tax per kit, bundle deals are available. See Kit Options

Have less than 8 Painters in your group?

    • Check out our Public Events, don't worry we will seat your group together! Public Events Calendar
    • Consider a VIP GRAB5 Party! You reserve 5 seats (You+4) and help us select the artwork for a Public Event (add GRAB5 note, in your Party Request). **Only available on date & times public events do not already have sign ups.

How soon do I need to book my event?

    • Request your pARTy at least 2 weeks in advance, the sooner the better to ensure your prefer date/time is available (weekends fill up first).
    • We book up to 6-months in advance.
    • We may be able to accommodate last minute requests, just be prepared to pay for minimum seats up front and select your artwork very quickly.

How do I reserve a spot for my party?

    • You can request a date & time via our Request a Party Site, Call or Text us in advance, if you would like to confirm availability @ 903.236.8585.

Why should I book a party?

    • You want to select the artwork for your event. We have over 18,000+ paintings to choose from.
    • Event is exclusive to your group, with your own artist (you may request your favorite), music selection and food sharing area.
    • No set-up, no clean-up, just show up!
    • You may schedule extra time for your event (subject to availability).
    • We pick the artwork!
    • You are welcome to bring food snacks & drinks along, just like our public events.
    • Upgrade your event for even more fun!

When can I have a party?

    • We host event 7-days a week, 9am-7pm (Subject to artist and studio availability).
    • Kids Parties (Ages 6-12yo) may be booked Sun.-Thurs., 9am-7pm, Fri & Sat, 10am-4pm (no weekend evening hours), we require a minimum age of 5 for kids parties.

Is there a deposit required for private parties?

    • Quick Booking Online Deposit: $76, will be applied to party deposit balance.
    • Phone/In-Studio Event Deposit: Deposit is equivalent to (2) painters is due up front at booking time.
    • Full Offsite & Virtual Event Deposit: Deposit is equivalent to (2) painters + Travel Fees (if applicable) is due up front within 48 hours of request.

Next Steps

    • Request a Party: Complete Party Request
    • Complete Booking Deposit (or wait for us to get back to you with available dates/times)
    • Sign Event Agreement: We will confirm the Date/Time & send your Party Management Link via email along with a short text message.
    • Deposit Balance: Equivalent to (2) Painters is due within 2-Days of booking.
    • Artwork: Final selection due at least 7 days prior to event (Gallery will be available to you once full deposit is paid).
    • Balance: Equivalent to # of Painters to reach event minimum is due up front at the time of the event, before the party can begin.
    • NOTE: Next steps may be compressed when parties book less than 2 weeks in advance.

What artwork can I choose for my party?

    • Once your party is booked and deposit seats have been reserved, you will have access to our online art gallery. See Sample Galleries
    • The art gallery link will be emailed to you and will grant you access to artwork for your group type (Adult gallery for adult party, Kids gallery for kids party)
    • If you think you would like an alternate size canvas or wood board option, please reach out in advance, so we can discuss options and pricing.
