Private Parties & Group Events
Private parties available seven days a week, based on studio and artist availability. Private parties require a minimum of 12 paid guests. If your group is smaller, we'd love to help! You can reserve the 12-seat minimum, join a public class together, or visit during Pop In & DIY hours.

If your group has fewer than 10 guests, you're welcome to reserve the 10-seat minimum, join one of our public classes together (when available), or visit during Pop In & DIY hours.

Food & Drinks
You're welcome to bring food, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages for your event.
Outside alcohol is not permitted. Enjoy our in-studio bar featuring beer, wine, cider, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
How to Book
1. Submit Your Party Request
Complete our Party Request form with your preferred date, time, estimated guest count, and event details. We'll contact you to confirm availability and answer any questions.
2. Reserve Your Date
Once you're ready to book, we'll send a secure payment link for your non-refundable deposit. Your event is officially reserved once the deposit is received.
3. Plan Your Event
You'll receive:
- Your Event Agreement
- Access to our online artwork gallery with 500+ painting options organized by theme
- A private Party Management page where you can select your artwork, manage your event details, and (if applicable) share your guest registration link
4. Invite Your Guests
Choose the payment option that works best for your group:
- Host Pays: One person pays for the entire party.
- Guests Pay Individually: Share your private registration link so guests can reserve and pay for their own seats online.

Can we choose our own painting?
Absolutely! Browse 500+ painting options organized by themes including beach, floral, holidays, landscapes, pets, seasonal favorites, and more.
Can we add candle making?
Yes! Candle making can be added to most in-studio private events.
Can we bring decorations?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring decorations, cake, and food. Please ask us if you have questions about setup time or specific decorations
Do you offer on-location events?
Yes! We bring the fun to businesses, schools, churches, apartment communities, and other commercial venues. Contact us for availability and pricing.
What if we have fewer than 10 guests?

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact the studio as soon as possible. Weather and emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
