About This Event

Ages 15 and older. A corkage fee applies to outside alcohol. Guests may bring their own non-alcoholic beverages and food.

ONLY PAID GUESTS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES
NO INFANTS

Guests must email one photo of their pet per canvas to twistsouthside@gmail.com
immediately after completing their reservation. Our artist will prepare a hand-sketched canvas of your pet for you to paint. You’ll learn techniques to leave with a fun, personalized pet portrait.

If you are part of a group but registering separately, please note this in the “Sitting with anyone else” section of your reservation.

All reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Store credit will be issued for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to park, sign in, mingle, sample, uncork, and get ready to go. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows and will forfeit all registration fees.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Payment may be made online, by calling 412-488-7928, or in person at the studio.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered guests will be notified.

*BYOB Rule: A $10 corkage fee applies if you choose to bring your own alcohol. BYOB non-alcoholic beverages, and small snacks are welcome. We provide cups, plates, napkins, and corkscrews. If you bring ice, please also bring a container to store it. We do not provide utensils, refrigerator space, or a microwave. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol and must present a valid ID.

This event is open to painters 15 years or older. Guests under 18 (15 - 17) MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Refund/Cancellation

Please note the following cancellation policy applies to all individuals in public and private events. It does NOT apply to VIP/private party hosts (please review your contract), nor does it apply to Twist at Home kits or fundraiser reservations where ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All reservations are non-refundable, but guests cancelling with at least 24-hours’ notice, regardless of when the reservation is made, will be issued store credit. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to paint and are considered "no shows” and are not eligible for store credit. Leaving a message or emailing with adequate notice is sufficient, even if you don't hear back before your event. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.

This policy includes all unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, accidents, sickness, inclement weather, and other emergencies.
